Crisis Management
A catastrophic event - whether natural or man made - can push your organisation into chaos if you do not have the ability to control it. Crisis management allows you to take charge of negative incidents by enacting predetermined procedures that allow the incident to be ring fenced, limiting the effect of the occurrence on the organisation as a whole.
Designing Strategies to help an organization deal with a sudden and significant negative event.
A crisis can occur as a result of an unpredictable event or as an unforeseeable consequence of some event that had been considered a potential risk. In either case, crises almost invariably require that decisions be made quickly to limit damage to the organization. For that reason, one of the first actions in crisis management planning is to identify an individual to serve as crisis manager.
Good leadership means avoiding the problem in the first place.
This means planning in detail for responses to as many potential crises as possible. Establishing monitoring systems and practices to detect early warning signals of any foreseeable crisis. Establishing and training a crisis management team and involving as many stakeholders as possible in all planning and action stages.
I have known Richard for several years. He is a diligent and consummate professional with a wealth of operational, security risk and training experience. He clearly understands the requirement to quickly assess the needs of his target audience in order to deliver bespoke training in a timely professional manner. The knowledge I’ve gained from him over the years allows me to best position myself when confronted with complex tasks. At no time have I ever witnessed Richard be out of is depth. He always strives for excellence with pure enthusiasm to maintain the highest of standards. He always goes above and beyond what is expected of him. I would not hesitate in recommending him to deliver any training or motivational services.

Shamima Begum is a victim?
February 17, 2019Despite public outrage and the strong remarks by both Ben Wallace and the Home Secretary Sajid Javid, there is growing concern that Shamima Begum, the jihadi bride who ran away at 15 to join IS and who is now in a refugee camp in Syria, will be let back in to the UK with her new born baby. But this is nothing new, it is estimated that 400 of the 850 British citizens that went off to join the terror group, have already returned.
